Lerica’s Team Away Day
The recent Lerica Away Day provided a unique opportunity for us to step out of our regular work environment and engage in collaborative discussions and activities. One of the key focus areas was to explore and define our mission, vision and values which will serve as the bedrock of our culture here at Lerica.
Via a workshop and open discussions, we identified and agreed on the values that resonate most with our ethos. These values will not only guide our daily interactions and decision-making processes but also shape our strategic vision and operational delivery.
Our new values also align to our new brand name and are:

With a mix of workshops, team activities and a spot of lunch at one of our favourite local cafes, the day fostered an even stronger collaborative team at Lerica and sense of purpose.
Claire Swain, Lerica’s Managing Director said it had been a very productive day. She explained, “Firstly we undertook some self-reflection to understand better how we can support each other more effectively to deliver a top-tier service to our clients. After that, we crafted an Action Plan which we’re committed to following over the next year, continuously improving by looking back and learning.”
